Directed by Evald Johnson and starring legendary actor Geoffrey Lewis, Eddie Jemison (Ocean's 11,12,13) Punk rocker David Yow (The Jesus Lizard and Scratch Acid), Scarlett Fay and Phil Donlon. HIGH & OUTSIDE is the story of one man's dream to play professional baseball and the desperate measures he takes to keep that dream alive.
